HMT Brock was a WW1 trawler built by Smith's Dock Co Ltd at South Bank on Tees, and launched on the 10th of June 1914 and completed in August 1914. During WW1 she was involved in rescuing survivors of the Lusitania, sunk by a U-Boat off Ireland. In WW2 she was taken over by the Admiralty in August 1939 for minesweeping duties, and was involved in the evacuation of troops from Dunkirk.
Displacement: 304 tons.
Armament: 1 x 6 pounder gun, 2x 20mm AA machine guns.
She was sold in 1945, and scrapped at Hull in August 1948.
